Premier League Identity System
Premier League Identity System
A BROADCAST GRAPHICS SYSTEM INSPIRED BY THE PREMIER LEAGUE.
Brief:
A self-initiated study of how live football graphics work as one system, from the pattern and matchday reveal to the in-game elements that stay consistent from kick-off to the final whistle.
Idea: Reinterpret the Premier League's signature visual style with my own colour scheme, then design every in-game element to feel part of one cohesive broadcast identity.
Process: Built in After Effects: a pattern animation, a Liverpool vs Chelsea matchday reveal, score and timer bars, goal sequences, player callouts, and a transition made with just three effects.
Outcome: I tested it over real match footage to check clarity and timing in a live context. The project file is cleanly organised, so the system is easy to refine and scale.
Role: Design and animation · Tools: After Effects · Year: 2026 · Type: Self-initiated concept, not affiliated with the Premier League. Match footage © Sky Sports, used for mockup only.
