Kinetic Typography & Motion Studies

TYPE IN MOTION, BUILT WITH NATIVE AFTER EFFECTS TOOLS.

Brief:

A series of self-initiated motion studies to push my After Effects skills. Each one explores a different technique for making type and image move with precision and personality.

Idea: Rebuild advanced looks from scratch using native tools instead of plugins, to understand exactly how each effect works and reuse it in real projects.

Process: A looping 3D text cube built with 3D nulls and Corner Pin; fire text using CC Vector Blur and angle-offset animation; and an Apple-style thermal effect using Gradient Ramp, Colorama and Box Blur.

Outcome: A toolkit of techniques and cleaner keyframe easing that I now use across my sports graphics and social motion work.
